This Privacy Policy describes how New Ideas Unlimited LLC (“New Ideas Unlimited,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information in connection with our websites, services, software, tools, messaging programs, marketing, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, using, purchasing, or paying for the Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent (for example, for certain cookies or targeted advertising), we will request it in a legally compliant manner.
We collect information you provide, information we collect automatically, and information we obtain from third parties and public sources.
To operate, secure, analyze, market, and improve the Services, we may collect (to the extent permitted by law):
We may obtain information about you from third parties and combine it with information we already have, to the extent permitted by law. This may include external data brokers, data enrichment providers, identity resolution providers, marketing/analytics partners, and business partners.
Examples of information we may obtain include:
We may use this third-party information to create or enhance customer profiles, verify identity/business information, improve data accuracy, personalize services, measure performance, and support marketing, security, and compliance. Where laws provide rights related to enrichment, profiling, or third-party data, we will honor them as required.
We may collect or receive information from publicly available sources to the extent permitted by law. This may include information from public records, business websites, online listings, press releases, and publicly accessible social or professional profiles. We may use publicly available information to verify, enrich, correct, or supplement customer records and to support analytics, marketing, fraud prevention, and compliance.
Technology changes. If new legal methods arise to collect or infer information from devices or interactions (for example, new identifiers, protocols, measurement methods, or tracking tools), we may use them only to the extent permitted by law and with any required notices and choices.
We may use information we collect for the following purposes (to the extent permitted by law):
We may share information with third parties as described below. In some jurisdictions, certain types of sharing may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Where required, we will provide required notices and rights (including opt-out mechanisms).
We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us run the Services (for example, hosting, analytics, communications delivery, customer support, security, and payment processing). These providers process information for business purposes consistent with providing their services to us.
We may share information (including identifiers and usage data) with analytics and marketing partners to measure performance, attribute conversions, build audiences, and support advertising or outreach, subject to applicable law. This may include sharing via tracking technologies such as Google tags and Meta/Facebook Pixel, where used and permitted.
We may share or match information with data partners (including data brokers and enrichment providers) to verify, enrich, append, or improve customer records, support analytics, detect fraud/abuse, and help operate and market the Services, to the extent permitted by law.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request, or is necessary to enforce our agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect the rights, property, or safety of New Ideas Unlimited, our users, or others.
To the extent permitted by law, we may sell or otherwise monetize information we collect, obtain, or derive, now or in the future, including for business, analytics, marketing, or other purposes. Where laws require it, we will provide required disclosures and opt-out rights.
We may retain information we collect for up to seven (7) years for compliance, legal, accounting, tax, dispute, security, and business record requirements, and longer where required or permitted by law (for example, to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims).
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, the purpose of collection, contractual requirements, and legal obligations. Backups and archival copies may persist for a period of time even after deletion, consistent with our retention practices and legal requirements.
If you provide your phone number, you may receive SMS/MMS messages from us related to the Services. Messages may include: transactional or account notices, appointment or scheduling notices, service updates, support responses, and (where you consent) marketing messages.
Where required by law or carrier rules, we will obtain your consent before sending marketing text messages. Transactional/administrative messages may be sent as permitted by law when you initiate or engage with the Services. Consent to receive marketing texts is not required to purchase or use the Services where prohibited by law.
You can opt out of SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We may use your phone number, messaging history, delivery status, and related metadata for messaging program administration, compliance, support, fraud/abuse prevention, and recordkeeping.
If you provide an email address, you may receive transactional or administrative emails related to your account, purchases, and service delivery. Where permitted, you may also receive marketing emails.
Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method. We will honor unsubscribe requests as required by law.
We use cookies, pixels, SDKs, tags, log files, and similar technologies to provide functionality, remember preferences, secure the Services, measure performance, attribute conversions, and support marketing and analytics. These may include (where used) Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics/Google Ads tags, Meta/Facebook Pixel, and comparable tools.
Depending on your location, you may be able to control cookies through your browser settings and, where required, through consent tools we provide. Disabling cookies may impact functionality.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as: requesting access to information, requesting deletion, correcting inaccuracies, or opting out of certain processing (including targeted advertising or the “sale”/“sharing” of personal information).
To submit a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing requests.
Where applicable law provides an opt-out right (including “Do Not Sell” / “Do Not Share”), we will honor it as required by law. You may exercise those rights by contacting us at [email protected].
If you want New Ideas Unlimited to apply restrictions beyond what is required by law (for example, a broader opt-out from certain enrichment, profiling, or monetization practices), you must request it before using, purchasing, or paying for the Services and you must provide a written form or addendum for our review.
Any such custom opt-out is not effective unless and until New Ideas Unlimited signs a written agreement approving it. We will review requested language and may sign only if the language is acceptable to us in our sole discretion.
If you use the Services without a signed custom opt-out agreement, you agree that the standard terms of this Privacy Policy apply. Custom opt-outs (if approved) apply prospectively and do not necessarily require retrieval of information already shared or processed, except as required by applicable law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Services are not intended for children under 13 (or under the age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us at [email protected].
If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where we or our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates are effective when posted, and the “Effective Date” above will be revised. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy.
