To submit a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing requests.

A) Legal opt-outs

Where applicable law provides an opt-out right (including “Do Not Sell” / “Do Not Share”), we will honor it as required by law. You may exercise those rights by contacting us at [email protected].

B) Requested opt-outs beyond what the law requires (custom terms)

If you want New Ideas Unlimited to apply restrictions beyond what is required by law (for example, a broader opt-out from certain enrichment, profiling, or monetization practices), you must request it before using, purchasing, or paying for the Services and you must provide a written form or addendum for our review.

Any such custom opt-out is not effective unless and until New Ideas Unlimited signs a written agreement approving it. We will review requested language and may sign only if the language is acceptable to us in our sole discretion.

If you use the Services without a signed custom opt-out agreement, you agree that the standard terms of this Privacy Policy apply.
