Inflation over the last year (ending December 2025) was about +2.7%.

If I only adjusted for inflation, $125/hr would become about $128/hr.

That’s not the real driver.

2. 2025 market benchmarks (senior / expert level)

Because my work spans multiple disciplines (strategy + execution), the fair comparison is senior specialist and agency-level rates.

Typical 2025 expert-level hourly ranges:

• Websites (strategy, design, build): $150–$250/hr

• Funnels (landing pages, CRO, tracking, optimization): $150–$300/hr

• LMS (build, customization, integrations): $150–$225/hr

• AI Automations (systems, integrations, workflows, reliability): $200–$350/hr

• AI Sales Agents (agent/chatbot systems, lead handling, integrations, knowledge bases): $200–$350/hr

• Ads (PPC strategy, build, optimization): $150–$250/hr

3. Blended rate logic

Since I deliver a blend of all the above, the blended 2025 expert benchmark lands around the low-to-mid $200s per hour.

As a senior agency owner accountable for both strategy and delivery, my published rate is set at $250/hour.

What the hourly rate includes:

• Senior-level strategy plus hands-on implementation (not advice-only)

• Measurement and optimization (tracking, iteration, performance improvements)

• AI automation and agent systems built for reliability, not demos

• Fewer handoffs and vendors, which reduces delays and mistakes
